Skateboard Social Club Go Skateboarding Day Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Minors must have parental consent to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Skateboard Social Club are not eligible to win. To be eligible you must be an active follower on Instagram or TikTok.

2. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM EST on June 4, 2025 until 11:59 PM EST on June 20, 2025. The winner will be announced on June 21, 2025, at 9:00 PM EST via Skateboard Social Club’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.

3. How to Enter

*You Must Be Following @SkateboardSocialClub on Instagram or TikTok to be qualified to win*

Participants can earn entries through the following methods:

• 5 entries for each item purchased at www.skateboardsocialclub.com between June 4 and June 20, 2025

• 10 entries for each item purchased from the Go Skateboarding Day Collection

• 20 entries for each complete skateboard purchased

• 1 entry for following @skateboardsocialclub on Instagram or TikTok

• 1 additional entry per friend tagged in the giveaway post (max 2 tags per day)

• 1 entry per day for sharing the giveaway post to your story and tagging @skateboardsocialclub

No Purchase Entry Method: To enter without making a purchase, follow Skateboard Social Club on Instagram and TikTok, subscribe to the Skateboard Social Club email list at www.skateboardsocialclub.com. Subscription must be completed during the giveaway period and remain active through June 21, 2025. Limit one no-purchase entry per person.

4. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on June 21, 2025, at 9:00 PM EST. The winner will be notified via Instagram or TikTok direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize

The prize will be announced via Skateboard Social Club’s social media channels prior to the end of the giveaway period. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Publicity

By entering, you grant Skateboard Social Club permission to use your name, handle, and likeness in promotional materials and announcements.

7. General Conditions

Skateboard Social Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and to Skateboard Social Club’s decisions, which are final and binding.
